Subscribe to the service

Before PrimaryIO works on onboarding steps, customer needs to subscribe to ProtectIO service. There are two ways to do this:

  1. Via IBM Cloud Tile

    • ProtectIO tile is present in IBM Cloud catalog
    • Login to IBM cloud

  2. Via email id

    • Send an email to PrimaryIO at engage@primaryio.com. PrimaryIO team will contact you and help you with further steps
